Cancellation Policy
Cancellations:
I am lenient on cancellations as I understand life happens. If you cannot make it to your appointment, let me know as soon as possible. If you need to cancel less than 24 hours before, contact me and I will cancel it manually since online doesn’t let you. Appointments cancelled within 2 hours of appointment will be considered a no-show since that doesn’t give me a reasonable amount of time to fill the slot.
No shows:
No call, no shows will be disabled from online booking until the missed service is paid for. If you cannot make it to your appointment, please let me know ahead of time. Appointments cancelled less than 2 hours before and when over 10 mins late will be considered a no-show.
Confirmation:
Clients will have 24 hours to confirm appointment using the link sent directly to you. If your appointment is not confirmed by 9am the day of, it will be cancelled.
Late:
Please be considerate of my time as my appointments are booked tight. Cape traffic can be unpredictable so make sure you leave accordingly and book with adequate time. Clients will have a 10 minute grace period when late before the appointment is cancelled. If over 10 mins late, it will be considered a no-show since I am unable to fill that spot anymore.
